Serving this year as one of the ECC Future Leader Liaisons and having been involved for 4 years with the Future Leader program, I find myself blessed with many new acquaintances and friends. I have grown to understand the importance of being involved with similar industry professionals. The insight into different industry methods and practices as well as management styles and techniques has positively impacted my personal overall management performance. I am better equipped to handle challenging circumstances and have a larger support group that I can rely on for guidance. I’m honored to have earned the Liaison position within ECC and am excited about promoting its mission to other future leaders. I realize how important it is to develop the next generation and I hope that I can encourage others to embrace meaningful careers within our industry.
