The ECC has developed the Future Leader Program as one means to fulfill our mission of Promoting Thought Leadership while providing networking for this target group of individuals.

Each corporate sponsor is offered one complimentary registration to be used for someone in their organization who meets the criteria below of Future Leader. At the annual conference, these future leaders are asked to participate in some special sessions to help identify future issues and solutions for our industry. By reaching out to this group of tomorrow's industry leaders and progressive thinkers, the ECC hopes to positively affect the future of our industry.

Future Leaders Criteria
Sponsoring Companies should use the criteria below to identify the Future Leader for attendance and participation in the Conference. The person identified should:

• have a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry
• be in an entry to mid level management position
• be recognized within the organization as a "Future Leader"
• be a new attendee to ECC (has not attended in the past 5 years)
• be a creative and progressive thinker and aware of issues facing our industry
• be willing to participate in a "Thought Leadership Forum" at the conference
• be willing to be a potential participant for future Issue Busters
