ECC Future Leader Program
The ECC has developed the Future Leader Program as one means to fulfill our mission of Promoting Thought Leadership (link to http://www.ecc-conference.org/our_vision.html) while providing networking for this target group of individuals.

Who We Are
The ECC Future Leader Program is designed to provide a network of emerging professionals in our industry. In addition, the program supports the ECC mission of promoting thought leadership by providing fresh perspectives on various matters related to our industry, and by enabling knowledge transfer across various stakeholders of the ECC community by active participation in the organization and its annual forum.

Specifically, the Future Leader program:

  • Engages “new leaders” within the industry with active participation in the conference.
  • Provides a new and fresh perspective to an established industry and conference participants.
  • Supports growth and expands diversity of the ECC community.
  • Develops and presents content in support of the annual conference as requested by the ECC Board.

Membership*
Each company sponsoring the upcoming ECC Conference is entitled to nominate participants for the Future Leader Program. Future Leaders can participate up to their 3rd year in the conference as part of the Future Leaders Program.

Future Leaders should:

  • Have a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry
  • Be in an entry to mid-level management position
  • Be a new attendee to ECC
  • Be recognized within the sponsoring organization as an “Emerging Leader”
  • Participate in the mid-year meeting
  • Participate in thought leadership / professional development activities

Benefits/Opportunities

  • By being a Future Leader and participating in the ECC Conference, team members will benefit on a personal and professional level.
  • Provides access to key industry leaders allowing for mentoring opportunities and thought leadership discussion.

Provides avenues for personal and professional growth by participating in the conference by means of:

  • Presenting / discussing “hot” industry topics to key industry leaders
  • Development of high powered presentations
  • Exposure to higher learning of various industry topics, etc.
  • Allows for networking with peer emerging leaders as well as the established industry leaders.
