The Program
The ECC Future Leader Program is designed to provide a network of emerging professionals in our industry. In addition, the program supports the ECC mission of promoting thought leadership by providing fresh perspectives on various matters related to our industry, and by enabling knowledge transfer across various stakeholders of the ECC community by active participation in the organization and its annual forum.
Specifically, the Future Leader program:
- Engages "new leaders" within the industry with active participation in the conference.
- Provides a new and fresh perspective to an established industry and conference participants.
- Supports growth and expands diversity of the ECC community.
- Develops and presents content in support of the annual conference as requested by the ECC Board.
Recognize those you feel embody the spirit of ECC. Will be awarded for 1st time at the 43rd ECC Annual Conference.
