About ECC

The mission of the Engineering & Construction Contracting Association (ECC) is to promote thought leadership among owners, contractors and suppliers in the global engineering and construction industry.

To achieve this mission, ECC develops and presents an annual conference that provides a forum for executives to exchange new ideas, learn from world-class thinkers, address current industry issues, network, and honor those who have made significant contributions to the industry.

ECC has two major programs that are designed to ensure a healthy and competitive industry into the future. The Future Leaders program provides a means for promising engineers, project managers and functional managers to collaborate in learning activities during the year as well as make presentations at the annual conference. The Academic Initiative fosters collaboration between the industry and academic community.

Participation in ECC comes from all industry sectors where the ability to develop and execute major capital projects is critical to achieving business goals. ECC does not involve a formal membership; participation in the annual conference is open to anyone in the industry. Access to the materials presented at the conference is available on the ECC website at no cost.
