Vineyard Cuisine ($99)

Merrill and Paul Bonnarigo - the owners of Messina Hof Vineyards and authors of the Vineyard Cuisine Cookbook - will share recipes, pairings advice and memories from years past and the recent harvest (it will have just occurred). All attendees will receive a signed copy of their book as well as tastings of their food and wine.
Fly Fishing the Colorado ($89)
Thursday, 9:00am to 11:00am or 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Join an expert local fishing guide just steps from the hotel on the Colorado River. Whether you’re a seasoned fly fisher or never held a fly rod before, you’ll enjoy this peaceful experience on the river.
Gardens Galore and More…($129)
Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm
Gardening enthusiasts will enjoy the amazing botanical gardens at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildlife Center…then enjoy lunch and some free time on the charming streets of South Congress (SoCo) for antiquing before heading back to Lost Pines
Sharpen your Skills with the Pros ($89)
Friday, 9:00am to 11:30am
Spend 2 hours with the golf pros, working your long and short game in a group setting at the beautiful Wolfdancer Golf Club onsite at Lost Pines.
Self Guided Events
In addition, guests will have the opportunity to arrange self guided, self scheduled events below. All take place either onsite on the hotel property or at McKinney Roughs Nature Park which is adjacent to the hotel property.
