The cut off date for the conference hotel reservations has passed. There
may be rooms available but we can no longer guarantee the conference rate. You must contact the hotel directly at 512-308-1234 and ask for in house reservations.

$950 Early (on or before June 30)
$995 Standard (between July 1 and August 18)
$1050 Late (August 18 or later)
ECC Golf Tournament:
$175 (includes tournament, breakfast and lunch…and awards if you have a great day on the course!)
Spouse Registration:
$195 (includes the following)

Special Rate for Academia (limited availability)
The ECC is actively engaged in the initiative to "Bridge the Gap" between industry and academia, and is pleased to offer a limited number of half price registrations for academicians. Refunds for cancellations will be available less a $50 processing fee through August 18, 2009. After that date, no refunds can be issued for cancellations.
Attire
Dress for the Wednesday Welcome Cocktail Reception is casual.
Dress for the Conference is business casual.
Dress for Thursday Cocktail Reception and Dinner is coat and tie.
